From Steve Rees, Sustainable Development Manager, Kent County Council
I have worked with Steve Charter on pioneering sustainable development projects for
over 2 years, with particular regard to sustainable construction, skills development and
sustainable future industries market development.

Steve Charter has demonstrated he is a leader in sustainability both in his knowledge
and application. He has great attention to detail and process. This enables him to
generate the strongest possible delivery models and concise outputs. His work is often
geared to making a searching evaluation or recommending practical and innovative
actions in tune with strategic requirements and client needs.

His research, applied thinking, presentation and guidance is of high quality, helping to
advance knowledge, management systems and project design and development to the
critical point of securing strong stakeholder interest, investment and funding.

I would recommend Steve Charter to any client or organisation seeking objective,
focussed and well structured support and direction. This includes providing good value
for money in terms of dedicated inputs and outputs.

It has been a pleasure to work with Steve Charter at a professional, personal and
collaborative level. Steve Charter also is well networked at a regional and UK level with
the public and private sector. Given his strong track record, he brings a lot of added
value, benchmarks and progressive knowledge into any project challenge.

Yours sincerely

From Paul Hannan, Principal, Hadlow College, Kent
Steve Charter came to the College three years ago as part of a team looking at the
benefits of sustainability and how as an educational institution we could develop this
key area.  Steve was instrumental along with other representatives across Kent and
Medway in beginning to formulate a vision for Hadlow College.  Since that time, Hadlow
has now developed sustainability and the issues surrounding it as Kent’s Strategic
Objectives that underlines much of the work in terms of education, training and
commercial partnerships.
