- Developing comprehensive sustainable building skills programmes;
- Business planning for major sustainability projects - integrated planning to achieve major sustainability and climate change benefits, and deliver on other key strategic needs, which can include skills and knowledge development, sustainable building design and construction, sustainable energy, water and resource systems, supply chain development and business incubation, innovation and research, demonstration, showcasing and visitor centres, etc;
- Sustainability strategies for major developments and new communities - covering environmental, economic and social components within a fully integrated approach;
- Sustainable construction strategies, at regional to local level;
- Foresight strategies - strategic approaches to sector development at regional and sub-regional level for the ‘Sustainable Futures Industries’ sector, covering sustainable construction, sustainable energy sector, environmental technologies, sustainable land management, materials and resources (’waste’);
- Sustainability Options Reports - options to achieve genuinely sustainable buildings including predicted Code for Sustainable Homes or BREEAM ratings;
