Mentoring enables me to share my sustainability expertise and experience, offering you more direction and choices on specific themes and topics.

Coaching / Mentoring Options include: 30-minute focus calls; 1-hour or 90-minute calls; packages of 3 or 5 calls; or flexible ongoing support programmes. For individuals and groups, 

Rates: Affordable and flexible, depending on your context and budget. Co-coaching in groups allows your to share the cost across the group.

I work with individuals or small groups who are either working in or transitioning to sustainability, regenerative practices, climate and biodiversity action, and health and wellbeing fields. This can include business professionals, social enterprises, public sector organisations, educators, or people seeking to make a change in their personal or professional lives. 

Coaching uses a questioning approach to support you to identify blocks, responses and solutions through reflection, learning and insight. Mentoring adds to the coaching approach by also draw on my knowledge, experience and expertise on numerous projects, across social enterprise, education and business contexts, and in a variety of sustainability and circular economy fields.

Coaching and mentoring is a partnership that helps you clarify your goals, identify key actions, and explore different perspectives. Together, we’ll reflect on what you’re learning, examine your options, and create a roadmap to move forward. My approach is tailored to your unique needs and focuses on personal and professional growth within the context of positive, lasting change.

The first step is to book a free 30-minute ‘taster’ call. This session will give us the opportunity to explore your current challenges, clarify how coaching can help, and discuss the best approach for your journey.

I work with a wide range of clients, from individuals looking to make a career shift to organisations wanting to create impact. My focus is on people working in, or aspiring to work in, sustainability, regenerative practices, climate action, health, and wellbeing. I support individuals and groups across business, social enterprise, education, and the public sector, and also within community projects.

My approach draws on my deep and wide experience in the sustainability, permaculture and healthy-living fields, from the mainstream to grass-roots projects. I will draw on nature as an inspiration and a guide, and encourage coaching and mentoring sessions to be taken outdoors (in-person, or on the phone) and to settings that support us to think and see things differently. I am always driven to help you identify and achieve your own goals, to learn and find insights through reflective approaches, to make a difference in your life, your work or the world around you. Whether you’re an individual or part of group, my approach is centred on the challenges we face in climate and biodiversity action, in the ‘multi-crisis’, and across sustainability, health, and wellbeing sectors.

The duration of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. We can start with a one-off ‘taster’ session, but normally we will agree to work together over several months to ensure long-term progress. Alternatively we can agree a short-term focus, to address specific challenges (e.g. several calls over 1 month). Individual sessions can be ‘short & sweet’ 20 or 30 minute calls, although typically calls will be 60 minutes to allow us time to go deeper. After our initial ‘taster’ call, we can decide on a coaching plan that works for you.

Absolutely. Coaching is a great exploring opportunities, ideas or underlying issues, and for clarifying your next steps if you’re exploring what’s emerging for you in the sustainability or regenerative fields. Together, we’ll identify your passions, strengths, and opportunities, creating a clear path forward. Mentoring will support you more directly in your work, drawing on my broad experience and expertise.

Yes. I am happy to work with groups who are interested in creating impact together, for example within an organisation, or through a shared community project. Working in this way as a group can be an excellent way to build collaboration and shared understanding, strengthen commitment to common goals, and explore collective action and leadership in sustainability, climate resilience and community wellbeing.

For most people one ‘taster’ call will be enough to know if this is going to help you. If you’re motivated to create change in your life, your work, or the community or world around you, coaching can offer you the support and structure you need to progress on your journey in a healthy way, that builds your resilience and your ability to respond positively to any situation, challenge or opportunity. Whether you’re looking for guidance on personal development or seeking to make a bigger impact through your work in sustainability and wellbeing, coaching or mentoring can provide the insight, clarity and momentum to move forward.

If you want to take things forward, at the end of the taster session, we’ll discuss and aim to agree what coaching package is right for you. Depending on your goals, you can choose between timetabling a set number of sessions in our diaries, or a more flexible approach to suit your schedule and needs.
